6. Payment and Invoicing

b. Invoices shall be paid by the client within the specified timeframe. Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

b. The Company retains the intellectual property rights to the translated materials until full payment is received.

8. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these Terms or engages in unethical or illegal activities. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

9. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or technical failures.

10. Governing Law
